The solution is an end-to-end computer aided dispatch system that integrates with almost all types of communication systems (PABX) through CTI and tight integration. It also stores a complete history of reported incidents for future legal purposes. The proposed solution is based on industry leading technologies and supports most known databases such as ORACLE and MS SQL Server.

The system also has the option of sending short messages (SMS), provided necessary setup is available, to notify PICs (Person in Charge) about a specific incident or a group notification for VIP personnel about a major incident or an emergency.
